Biography

Ms. Dattani is an Associate at the Flowers Counsel Group, LLC’s Wilmington, Delaware office where she practices in the corporate procurement, corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions and corporate fiduciary and governance areas of the Firm. 

Ms. Dattani’s practice includes a variety of sectors and industries including finance, pharmaceutical, technology, energy, chemical, marketing, public relations and education. 

Ms. Dattani has served as counsel for Global and Fortune 500 clients and the nation’s leading academic institutions, including Barclays Bank, N.A. and Harvard University.  Ms. Dattani has extensive experience in negotiating drafting and reviewing procurement contracts and agreements, among other matters. Her procurement expertise is concentrated in the areas of services, equipment, materials, technology and other outsourcing transactions.

Ms. Dattani is an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association of Delaware.
