Ms. Repie is Of counsel at The Flowers Counsel Group, where she focuses on corporate procurement and corporate transactions for key academic centers and corporations. Ms. Repie has extensive experience as an attorney in the healthcare and technology space, specializing in the pharmaceutical and the medical device industries. Ms. Repie has expertise in negotiating, drafting and reviewing major agreements and procurement contracts.
